Both me and my 5 year old son take classes and we're in love. He loves the activities he gets to do, I love the family atmosphere and the instructors. I always leave with a great feeling of accomplishment and I always want to return to class.
The coaching staff there is amazing. Being on the north side of 40 I was worried about the toll this could take on me but everyone there has been gentle and very helpful. Truly a gental amazing art, not to mention a top notch workout.

Such a great way to get in shape and to learn a life skill. I am super competitive and love to compete. Auburn BJJ is so much fun and I was hooked after 1 week. I am about to finish my first month and I am so much better than when I first walked in, fantastic staff!
It’s official, Thursday’s at Auburn Jiu Jitsu at 7:30 pm will be Judo class for adults. We will run a super traditional Judo class, from proper bowing all the way to proper randori. Eventually we will require everyone to have real JudoGis, but for the time being you can use your Jiu Jitsu gi. Let me know who is in!!
